Takuhi \u2013 to the shrine or to the summit.<\/p>\n<p>Shrine Track:\u00a0 The wooden shrine building of Takuhi Shrine is the oldest in the Oki Islands (rebuilt in 1732).\u00a0 This shrine is dedicated to the deity of safe sea voyages.\u00a0 The short 25 minute hike up to the shrine is very enjoyable.\u00a0 Observe interesting flora and fauna and enjoy the views out across the inner sea and listen to birds as you climb to the shrine.<\/p>\n<p>Summit Track : To get to the top of Mt. Takuhi (452 m), the point to turn is signposted in front of the bronze torii gate when you access from the Takuhi Shrine car park.
