Asuka’s version of a chef’s special, “wagatoko-teishoku” is a very popular menu item which uses seasonal vegetables and fish caught that day. “Wagatoko” is a term in the Nishinoshima dialect meaning “my home”. This item is limited to 20 sets a day, but do not be disappointed even if it runs out, as they serve many other delicious dishes loved by the locals, including noodle dishes and other set meals.
